Once you've signed up, look our for an email or WhatsApp invitation from us.

Who runs the sessions?
All sessions are run by an expert personal coach at your home gym. You can choose which one you'd like to train with by finding them easily on the Brawn app - head to the 'My Gym' tab to select your preferred coach.
Will I get results?

We can never guarantee anything, but we’re confident you’ll experience strength improvements during the program — more evidence continues to be published about the benefits of strength training every year.

You’ll follow a strength training template with your personal trainer that has worked for thousands of people before, and use Brawn's unique training insights to measure your progress over time.

What if want to stop training?

If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel anytime through the app or by contacting us at support@brawn.co.uk - you won't be locked in to any kind of contract. 

However, please note that you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next session to avoid being charged. This is in accordance with out terms and conditions.

Can I bring friends?
Absolutely! As the name suggests, small group coaching is designed to make strength training effective in a small group of 4 people. You can sign up together, although as it stands we don't offer any incentives or free referral schemes.
How do payments work?

Once you've confirmed your slot training slot, you'll pay on a weekly basis for any sessions you do in that week. Initially, you can choose to train once or twice per week. 

  • 1 session per week = £9.99/session
  • 2 session per week = £7.99 per session

You can pay with debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple pay.

All payments are handled through Stripe's ultra-secure payment system. 

What's the big deal with strength training?
The evidence about the benefits of strength training continues to be grow ever year. This includes: higher metabolism, higher bone density, increasing your number of active years, better hormone regulation, pain management and higher energy.
When will my first session start?

When you sign up to a weekly slot, your first session will be on the next available day. 

For example, if today is Wednesday and you sign up for Tuesdays at 4pm, your first session will be next Tuesday. 

All slots are recurring - you book the same time and day each week and are expected to attend.

What if I can't find a time that suits me?

We try to make as many sessions available to suit your schedule across the PTs at your gym - this includes weekday mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and Saturday mornings. 

If no suitable times are available to you, you can email us at support@brawn.co.uk and we'll try and find a slot for you to train.
