Free Protein Bundle & £1,000 HERA Voucher Prize Draw

This promotion is run and administered exclusively by Brawn Power Ltd ("Brawn").

This promotion is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with The Gym Group plc ("TGG") in any way and does not form part of any TGG membership offering.

TGG has no involvement in the administration, operation, or fulfilment of this promotion and accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to it.

1. General

1.1 This promotion is operated solely by Brawn Power Ltd. It is not a TGG promotion and is not part of any TGG membership.

1.2 By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Brawn reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time.

1.4 Brawn’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.

1.5 This promotion is subject to availability and may vary by location.

1.6 This promotion is open to individuals who are members of participating gym locations at the time of entry. Limited to one participation per person.

1.7 Participating gym locations are used solely as a collection point for certain rewards. Gym staff are not responsible for the administration of this promotion and cannot assist with claims, disputes, or enquiries.

2. Free Protein Bundle

Eligibility & Claim

2.1 A free WillPowders protein bundle (RRP £28) is available to eligible participants, limited to one bundle per person.

2.2 The protein bundle is awarded only upon completion of the participant’s first paid Brawn session.

2.3 The first Brawn session may be free; however, completing the free session alone does not qualify for the bundle.

2.4 If a participant does not complete their first paid session for any reason, the bundle is forfeited and cannot be claimed retrospectively.

Availability

2.5 The protein bundle is subject to availability. No cash or alternative will be provided if unavailable.

2.6 Session availability is not guaranteed. Brawn accepts no liability where a participant is unable to book or attend a session.

Delivery

2.7 The protein bundle will be delivered to the participating gym location selected at the time of registration within 20 days of eligibility being met.

2.8 Collection is from the gym location only. Home delivery is not available.

2.9 The bundle is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

2.10 WillPowders acts solely as product supplier. This promotion is administered entirely by Brawn.

3. £1,000 HERA Voucher Prize Draw

Entry

3.1 One winner will receive a £1,000 HERA voucher.

3.2 Entry is automatic upon registering for a Brawn session during the promotion period.

3.3 The prize draw is open to eligible participants across participating locations.

3.4 One entry per person. Multiple bookings do not generate additional entries.

The Draw

3.5 The draw will take place at the end of April 2026. The exact date is at Brawn’s discretion.

3.6 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

3.7 The winner will be contacted via phone and/or WhatsApp using the details provided at registration.

3.8 If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Brawn reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

3.9 A record of the draw and selection process will be retained.

The Prize

3.10 The prize is a £1,000 HERA voucher.

3.11 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

3.12 The voucher is subject to HERA’s own terms and conditions.

4. Data & Privacy

4.1 Brawn is the data controller for all personal data collected in connection with this promotion.

4.2 Personal data will be used for administering the promotion, contacting participants, and fulfilling rewards.

4.3 Personal data will not be shared with TGG, and TGG has no access to participant data.

4.4 Data will be processed in accordance with Brawn’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

5. Liability

5.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

5.2 Subject to this, Brawn shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion.

5.3 Brawn is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors affecting participation or fulfilment.
