Product Lead



What you will be doing

  • Take ownership of the strategy for delivering digital products and services, executing the product roadmap according to evolving priorities and pivotal shifts in the business landscape.
  • Lead a standardised and repeatable process for collecting user data, conducting market research and developing value propositions to identify true product-market fit.
  • Cultivate a product-led approach and culture within the business where all disciplines and functions are centered around the core product – coaching and mentoring others on this mindset; on how to obtain workable results from objective-based learnings.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify key audiences, develop user personas and to ensure alignment of customers with the end-product.
  • Work with the data science team to build and maintain the process for capturing product analytics, defining and interpreting key metrics for driving growth and success.
  • Work with the UX/UI team to develop workable requirements, produce testable prototypes and oversee the process through to final deliverables.
  • Work with the development team to interpret and refine technical requirements and user stories, perform prioritization exercises and ensure maximum value is delivered regularly and to a high standard.
  • Work with senior management to develop product OKRs and KPIs that are conducive to sustained business growth.
  • Scale the product team, leading the hiring, development and management of key product staff according to business needs ensuring the scope of work is met and properly resourced.

Community Manager

£50,000 – £60,000 per annum



Since our launch we have created a small, but loyal, community of Brawn users. To support our growth plans, we are now looking for an exceptional Community Manager to own & deliver our community strategy in-line with business objectives.

You will also take day-to-day responsibility and ownership of our community building narrative in our app and via our social media channels. Although our current focus is Instagram and via our extensive influencer network, you will be responsible for ensuring that Brawn is present across all relevant social media channels.

What you will be doing

  • Inspire, lead and drive home the importance of community building across the entire business
  • Become a source of creativity for the team
  • Accelerate organic growth of our community through growth experiments
  • Increase community engagement and retention
  • Monitor conversational trends and feed back into the leadership team
  • Track relevant community metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership team
  • Devise, implement and manage our social media strategy (with the support of a Content Manager)
  • Understand the pain points of our community and feed this back into Product & Marketing departments

  • Proven experience in developing an engaged and fast-growing community
  • Experience within tech businesses and consumer fitness
  • A critical thinker to help set the direction of our community strategy and a solid pair of hands to implement it
  • Expertise and confidence to tell us what we should be doing better
  • A self-starter who would rather ‘beg for forgiveness than ask for permission’
  • A ‘community Champion’ who ensures that the community’s voice is heard across the business

Each helper will be designated a role at the start of the day, ranging from supporting warm ups, to loading weights on the platform.
