Frequently Asked Questions

Below is a list of common questions we get from Brawn members. We hope you find this helpful, but if there's anything else then feel free to contact us at hello@brawn.co.uk

What do I need the Brawn app for?

You’ll need to download the Brawn app to manage your bookings to reschedule or cancel sessions as well as track your progress on the workouts (we’ve found that people are 80% more likely to hit their goals if they’re tracking their progress!)

How does the trial work?

  • Your trial period length depends on the introduction offer we’re running at your local gym, but it typically lasts for 2 weeks
  • You are automatically enrolled into a weekly recurring subscription to attend the same session time once per week
  • If you need to reschedule your booking for the week or can’t attend any sessions that week and need to cancel, you can do so in the Brawn app. Go to the session overview and clicking ‘Change Booking’ to reschedule your booking for that week, or ‘Cancel Session’ to cancel your booking for that week
  • You can cancel your trial anytime before the trial period ends by letting us know via email or WhatsApp

Can I reschedule my booking?

  • Yes, you can change your booking on the Brawn app by going to the session overview and clicking, ‘Change Booking’.
  • From there, you can change your session date and time.

When will I be charged?

  • You’ll be charged each week for your session unless you cancel within the 24-hour notice period.
  • To cancel your session for that week you can do so in the Brawn app by going to the session overview and clicking ‘Cancel Session’
  • Once your trial ends, you’ll be charged the regular session fee, which varies depending on your home gym (just email us at hello@brawn.co.uk if you didn’t see the price when signing up)

Can I do Brawn sessions more than once per week?

Yes! you can send us a request to upgrade through the Brawn app or email us a hello@brawn.co.uk

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts for 1 hour, and consists of 2 core strength movements, supersets and a short cardio finisher.
